KRVM, The Chronicle & Lookout Eugene-Springfield Partner to Support The Party!

A trio of local media partners support The Block Party 2025 with promotions and advertising designed to get the word out.  The Block Party powered by SELCO appreciates KRVM 91.9, The Chronicle & Lookout Eugene-Springfield for sharing their print and air space to promote this year’s Downtown extravaganza.

In four years, Springfield’s The Block Party has grown from 1500 to 10000 attendees.  We believe the growth in citizen attendance demonstrates the need for events like this that bring humans together.  “It just makes sense,” says event organizer Trudy Bauchery, “that people want to gather to celebrate the tremendous growth Springfield has experienced in the last ten years.”

KRVM has been supporting The Block Party since 2022 with on air sponsorship spots. The Chronicle, our local newspaper, serves hyper-local news to Springfield, Creswell, Cottage Grove & Pleasant Hill and runs both digital and print spots, promoting the children’s and adult activities each year. We're excited to also welcome Lookout Eugene-Springfield who offer "community-centric news and resources" in their award-winning digital newspaper, as well as their app and targeted newsletters.

One Magical Night, Many Years in the Making.

Returning for its 6th year, Springfield's The Block Party 2025 powered by SELCO features live music, local food, craft beverages and family friendly games in historic Downtown Springfield.
