Transportation Hub at The Block Party 2025

Returning for its second year, The Block Party Transportation Hub takes over the Springfield Museum parking lot at City Hall!

Hosted by the City of Springfield and the Springfield Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee, the Transportation Hub hosts a range of booths and activities for families and people of all ages! Come play and learn with us.

Want to have some bike fun while learning about bike safety? Safe Routes To Schools will create a pop-up ‘learn to ride a bike’ course for new and experienced youth riders. Bikes and helmets are provided, so stop by with your family to join the biking fun. Safe Routes To Schools is a partnership that creates safe, easy, fun ways for kids to get to school.

Shift Community Cycles will be on site with their Spin Art Bike. Head over to the Transportation hub to create vibrant pedal powered art! Lane County’s bicycle resource center, Shift Community Cycles provides connection in the community through education, advocacy, and community-informed outreach.

PeaceHealth Rides can answer all of your bike share questions. To claim a free month of bike share for Springfield residents, swing by and say hello. PeaceHealth Rides bike share stations are scattered all over Eugene and Springfield, providing an affordable way for citizens to commute, explore or exercise.

Better Eugene Springfield Transportation’s booth at the Transportation Hub will provide information for everyone about how to be involved in transportation safety in our community. BEST is a non-profit advocating for better public transit and other transportation options, safe streets, walkable neighborhoods, accessible bicycle infrastructure, and more.

Need a place to park your bike, e-bike or e-scooter? The Cascadia Mobility Bike Valet sponsored by the City of Springfield is back! You can park your two wheels (or even three) and enjoy the party while Cascadia Mobility keeps your ride safe!
